Under this Program, the IPG is also implementing capacity-building on gender sensitive and legislative agenda building for women’s rights and welfare for women local government officials and community women across the country through its Bayi Network for Women’s Rights and Welfare; Gender and Development (GAD)-Just Budget initiatives that sees to the trainings for women engaged in GAD planning and budget processes for better access to services as well as linking women with allies inside local governments to ensure meaningful GAD projects; and, legislative/policy and advisory services for the localization of national women’s rights mandates such as the Safe Spaces Act, Amendments to the Solo Parent Act, Mental Health Law, and women and migration-related services.

Women Power Hub (WomenPH)
To further enrich IPG’s gender transformative advocacy, the Bayi Academy recently transformed to Women Power Hub (WomenPH).
