IPG’s Board of Directors has nine (9) members that meet quarterly. Given their diverse background, members of the Board provide specialized expertise as resource persons and project advisers. The Executive Director is responsible for providing managerial and technical leadership in the operationalization of IPG’s policies and strategies, and in the execution of programs and projects.
Currently, IPG has thirteen (13) staff and technical consultants who are involved in the implementation of several projects; eight (8) of these staff and consultants are women. IPG’s lean staff is complemented by the institution’s wide network of on-call individual consultants and partners from civil society organizations (CSOs), policy think-tanks and alternative legal groups that work in the areas of participatory local governance and women’s empowerment.
